Textreme is a macOS app that provides a fast, keyboard-driven overlay for iMessage. It reads your local Messages database to display conversations, supports smooth navigation, and generates context-aware draft replies for each incoming message using an agent workflow and LLMs. The system runs entirely on-device, prioritizing privacy, and integrates structured output generation, attachment rendering, and fine-tuned language models trained on personal conversation data. Built with Electron, Rust, Swift, and TypeScript, Textreme separates data access, UI, and model logic for performance and maintainability.
